Prince Charles Chair

This is the Prince Charles Side Chair, a collaboration between Peter Shire and Modernica Studio. Some years ago, Modernica bought the original molds of the Eames Shell Chairs from Herman Miller. They just didn’t buy the rights to the name, so they can’t call them Eames chairs. Actually Modernica still produces the fiberglass version, Vitra on the other hand produces a plastic version.
